In the Application Notes and History section a School User could have a pop-up window for communicating to the applicant via email. This could be a "push-only" with an automated reply that this is coming from an unmonitored email and any follow up should be sent directly to "School User main account user". Or, the default email can be sent to the application email address and defaulted "REPLY TO" email could be "Blackbaud Financial Aid via SchoolUser@SchoolName.org". Naturally, all communication would remain in the audit trail for continuity among multiple school users and year-over-year information.
