We would like to use the the mass email in BBFAM for reminder emails, but currently cannot filter by application status, student, family or internal codes. Allowing this would make email communication more efficient and able to track within the Blackbaud module. Alternatively, if the Family Contact Report offered the capability to filter by application status or internal codes, it would be helpful to mass copy and paste these emails to our external email program.
