It would be great to be able to send emails to specific Smart Aid families who are still unlocked. For instance, there are families who qualify for awards but haven't completed the school application or enrollment process yet. We would like to be able to send multiple families at once an email reminder or explanation without them being locked or without sending a blanket email to all families.
