The current way that parents are able to view billing details is very cumbersome. They can either see one month of details at a time (with no way to print) or they have to go into billing details to see a comprehensive and printable list.

Problems with the comprehensive view:

• Families with incidentals, month after month, cause the Billing Details menu to get quite long.

• Families on the 10 or 12-month plan require the parent to scroll down on the right, to get to the last months of the plan, but that’s not always obvious or intuitive for a payer.

• It includes months with $0 fees which just makes it harder to view the information they need.

• It is very hard to view on a computer screen and even worse on a phone.

I would suggest changing the billing detail view to a school year, standard, itemized list of charges.
