Currently once parents sign and make a deposit using an integrated contract, their account is active. This allow parents to view an upcoming year which may still be under-development by the student billing staff. It would beneficial to hide the school year (or make it hidden from view from parents) until the welcome letter is released. So parents can then view the account. It would also be helpful if you could toggle the hide individual parents, so if you are working on a account, you can toggle the hidden fuction off so a parent can view and submit payment if needed. This funcition would disable itself once the welcome letter is released.
