It would be very helpful if the changes made in Enrollment Management such as parent's phone #, address, email address, would also update in Tuition Management. In addition, any banking information updated in one school year and the families have already been enrolled in the next school year, this information should automatically update in the next school year. Otherwise, Blackbaud will charge the family a $30 NSF Failed Fee which is not fair to the families. Even if a parent calls Blackbaud directly and updates the banking information in say 23-24, they do not ask the parents if this should also be updated in 24-25. And if a parent logins to their Blackbaud and updates their banking information, it does not ask if they also want to change the banking information in 24-25.
