The credit card usage fee should not increase every year in January. As a school, parents submit contracts for a school year and the credit card usage fee should be the same throughout. If you're going to increase the credit card usage fee every year (as it has the last two years) it should increase for the next school year. Parents are complaining that this change goes against their contract and this is becoming a big problem for us.
