Initial email to families should be able to be customized

The "Important information about your Blackbaud Tuition Management enrollment for (school name)" Should be able to be customized. Parent receiving this email may be confused if they do not have access to their account yet. The initial email goes out before enrollment is completed.

    The email should be updated to note that enrollment in the school may be outstanding if a secondary signature is required on the integrated enrollment contract. Also, the name of this suggestion page should be updated.
