It would greatly help if I could assist parents to make a credit card payment when they come into my office or over the phone. Please add the phone option to "Add a payment". The parents that drop by to make a payment in person will often never log on and make the payment over the phone. These families are typically behind in payment and this may be our only opportunity to retrieve a payment from them. Thank you!
