Please modernize the Shopping Cart experience for Parents with a SKY-looking user interface.

Remove the requirement for parents to agree to an agreement. This should be optional to toggle on like it is with Buy-Now.

Allow schools to add custom fields to collect additional data, such as the ones available on School Forms in Education Management.
