Since we have the option to have admin's upload in-school payments in bulk with Self Service imports, we should have a available template like the billing templates to use. Also to have it auto fill the schools family names and family ID's. Also update the branding to not say Smart Family ID to Family ID or BBTM Family ID.

Also the terminology for Payment Type and Payment Method need to both be on there. Currently Payment Type on there is talking to Payment Method for the software, which is confusing.
