The posting payment data process is already cumbersome in that we have to select billing vs payments vs in-school payments but when you then see the drop down list of available dates it would be VERY HELPFUL if they had a check mark or changed color or something if that date had already been posted. Instead we have to preview it and then get a message that it has already been posted.
