Especially at enrollment time, it would be so much easier if you can also select the follow-up features based on the payment plan. For instance, all of our staff are on payroll deductions, so none of them are charged late fees. While we have one of the Payment Plans listed as Payroll Deductions, I still have to click into "Review Follow-Up" and turn off all the late fees for each of these accounts. This is a lot of extra clicking that should just be able to be done once.
