Please allow school admins (or Blackbaud Support) to unlink the Single Sign On (SSO). Sometimes, there is a sticky situation, and the SSO was linked incorrectly, or the family is not split, and requesting the parent to do this is not the best option in an escalated situation.
Yes, this is a major issue. Many times when we need to unlink SSO it's because the parent struggles with technology in the first place. I realize that there may be best practices that are at play here, but it is a major annoyance to parents who may not understand the instructions anyway that we are unable to do anything to help them.
