A warning needs to be placed at the top of the Manage Family IDs menu in bolded, red text. It should state something along the lines of, "WARNING - If your school uses Enrollment Management integrated contracts, and a multi-sibling family is listed below, you must wait until all sibling contracts are complete before merging accounts. Otherwise the subsequent sibling contracts will error out for families and and manual returns/ billing within Tuition Management will be required."

The purpose of this warning is to notify users of the negative impacts that will occur if the timing of the feature is not considered carefully, and if their families use EMS contracts. This doesn't apply to all BBTM users, but to a growing number of schools that are utilizing the EMS contract integration enrollment process.

This simple message would save time for a countless number of families and schools, as well as reduce frustrations with the contract process for both populations.
