The terms and conditions cover items for all clients. Sometimes it can lead to confusing experiences with families. I reviewed this request from Margo at the Syracuse Diocese with Beth. She stated to enter this in the idea portal to determine if we can make the terms and conditions possibly match school settings versus an overall general blurb.

Hi Heather:  One of the parents that I enrolled this morning, contacted me about the fact that the school does not accept credit cards, but the terms and conditions portion of your enrollment notification that issues automatically specifically mentions credit card payments, which is now apparently causing confusion.  In the future, please remove that portion of the notification so that we avoid any problems.  Thanks.
