1) The box to enter text is very small and requires scrolling up and down and left to right to see the full text of the message

2) There appear to be no formatting options: no bold font, no underlining, no hyperlinks within the text of the message, no bullet points, no font sizing

3) The example message BBTM supplies to tell parents they will receive an enrollment message from BBTM contained a nicely formatted table -- but there was no way to copy and paste that formatting into the text box.
