I have recently sat in a on call with a client who is currently doing a ton of math to break out revenue by tuition buckets. I presented the concept of tuition fees to the client, and they were "Yes" this is what we need. However, when we went to test this concept in Enrollment Management, we realized that we lost the ability to look at the program codes in EM. As in most cases this revolves around Pre School, were the the rates are different for 2 day vrs 5 days, or full and half days. When a school uses the standard tuition line, the login in EM , will add the correct tuition to the contract based on the program code. However when we make the change to Tuition Fees , we no longer have that ability, so a new contract type needs to be create for each specific tuition rate. This extra work on the contracts, is a not seen as favorable.

The long of the short of this request is, can we enhance the tuition fee functionality in TM so we can look at program codes as well from EM?
