Would like to return to previous format of failed transaction report.

The update in November sends me a daily report that has to be downloaded, and is blank most of the time. It is extra steps and it would be much more user friendly to move back to the old format of the Failed Transactions Report. Prior to November, the failed payment report was emailed to me only when there were failed payments to address, and the email contained the list of families, transactions, and reason why in the body of the email.

I would be very happy if Smart would return to the previous format of emailing failed transactions reports in an email and not a spreadsheet that needs to be downloaded. In addition, the emails were only sent when there was activity.

The report (formerly from Smart Tuition) was automatically sent when a payment failed. It's efficient to get the report as an alert to contact the family for follow-up. The report also contained all the data needed regarding the failed transaction. This was a positive feature to the systems. It was working well.

I agree! The previous format of having the failed payment and enrollment reports emailed to our inbox with all the information in one place was SO MUCH BETTER! Now we have to click through several screens to download an Excel spreadsheet even if there isn't any activity. Why would the developers change the software to such an unfriendly, inefficient notification when it wasn't broken? Please ask the developers to readd the email feature.

I agree with the previous comments. I TOTALLY prefer the old format.

The previous format of having the failed payment and enrollment reports right in our inbox with all the information in one place was so much better. The new format with the downloaded reports is a waste of time and there isn't always information there. The prior reports were easy to forward to other departments and we were able to track information easily. Now I feel like I'm missing things. I'm very concerned since the 22-23 admissions season is right around the corner. I was also still getting reports for 20-21 and customer service had to show me how to delete the reports to avoid getting all the emails.

I really miss getting an email right in my inbox. My reports were scheduled for the previous year and I was getting a blank report everyday. That has been fixed, however it's critical especially during busier registration times this report is emailed directly to my inbox.

The new format for failed payments and also new enrollment is inefficient an does not capture the failed payment properly. Can you please go back to the old format when you send an email if there is a failed payment or new enrollment instead of receiving blank reports each morning. A simple if/then statement should solve this coding issue.

I cannot state enough how much I loathe this format of reporting, with largely blank reports downloaded. This is a colossal waste of time. For the love of God and country, please bring back the old format of reporting. WHY ARE YOU "FIXING" SOMETHING THAT ISN'T BROKEN?

Old format was clear and worked best for our school.

The report this morning was blank however we had two failed payments that happened overnight! Please bring back the previous failed payment repot. Thank you.
