Include Banking Account Name and Bank Name in the payment details for accounts on auto-pay

For accounts on auto-pay it would be useful if the banking account name and the bank name were available on the details page on the Payments History tab. When a payment fails for "Account is closed or doesn't match name submitted" parents want to know what they entered when setting up auto-pay. Since the account is moved to “mail-in” when a payment fails for this reason the banking account name and bank name are no longer on the Payments Settings tab. The primary name on the SMART Tuition account is at the top of the details page but the name associated with the bank account for the auto-pay is not included. There is already a space for the bank name but many times it is blank. It would be helpful to have both the banking account name and the bank name on the details page.
