If Smart Tuition is supposed to now be "Blackbaud Tuition Management", why don't they sync with each other? Every time I remove a student from Blackbaud, I have to manually email my Finance dept and let them know this student is withdrawn, then they have to keep like a separate spreadsheet of withdrawals so they can have an easy list to reference, because "Blackbaud Core" and "Blackbaud Tuition Management" don't actually talk to each other. I think this is a glaring issue.
