Give a warning if the routing or account number are typed incorrectly or the account info is missing
Our families are complaining when their payment is rejected because the routing or account numbers are typed incorrectly. Is there a way to prompt them to double check their account information or match somehow with the payment info on file?
One way to accomplish it would be to require the parent to input their account number twice, to ensure that they are typed in the same in both sessions.
