Credit card usage fee to either passed on the family or absorbs on a per item basis not on a global setting as it's now

Our school uses Buy Now for various items occurring at the same time frame. While there are item(s) where school would like to absorb usage credit card fee (ex. Holiday Teacher Fund) and some to simply pass on to the credit card holders. As it seems for now, Buy Now is set on a global setting and not allowing the flexibility to edit the usage credit card fee on a per item basis. I believe this flexibility is VERY much needed.
