We would like a way to have the deposit amount paid allocated to specific fees in Smart Tuition. Not auto allocated.

I don’t know if this would work for you, but if you have your Smart account manager set up “Enrollment fees” that gets charged in lieu of a deposit. We use this as a Registration fee which is in addition to tuition and other fees, paid up front. It doesn’t get applied anywhere else.
