A family wants to change their payment method from Auto-Debit from their Credit Card back to the Auto-Debit using their bank account on file. Although the account information is listed in the system, it is not possible for the school or customer support to make this change as was available in years past. Currently, the family must call in and give the same information that is on file or log into their account to make this change. Poor customer support in my opinion. It would be nice to make things like this easier for our families instead of creating the inconvenience of having them gather information and call back at another time.
