The current welcome message sends parents to the parent.smart.com when we want them to go through the Core MySchoolApp portal. The messaging should be customizeable for schools using the resource link in core for SSO. Without a solution here the school deals with confused parents and Smart Tuition looks bad in the eyes of those parents.
This same problem also occurs in the "Past Due Balance Reminder" email. It seems to be a system-wide issue, and causes users frustration and creates confusion. It also wastes my time supporting these families (assuming they bother to contact me).
