Additional Options for Third party payers

Hello All, 


I want to suggest that we add drop down boxes  to the third party payer option in Smart so we can toggle what types of communications we send out to these payers. often it seems they only need Invoices, Family ID updates. We dont always need to send out Past due notices, late fee notices and  andy sort of general communication to these payers.
