Currently, when a new payment plan is created - we cannot see the payment plan on our screen.  I had a problem where BB created a new payment plan, but there were not payment methods associated with it.  I used it in an onBoard contract - it failed, then I found the problem.  If I could see the payment methods - would have avoided this problem
