Currently there are a select amount of options to apply to multiple families under "manage families". It would be nice to turn on and off the follow up fee or school late fee, as often this is an area of multiple complaints. We also tend to turn off late fees for families with whom we have decided to alter their payment plan to assist them in completing the payments.
