I have been asking for this for over 10 years. I would like payment plan selection deactivated completely for my school. Instead I would like that line to say "The Administrative Director will add your payment plan as per your contract". I offer parents different plans to accommodate their financial needs. If they have a selection they can choose the latest payment plan even if their contract states an earlier plan. In other words they will choose September/November/December instead of May/July/September as they agreed to in their contract. Once they have chosen a later plan I must honor it because it was given to them as an option on Smart Tuition. I have been using the default setting to have only one visible, but then I get phone calls from parents saying they agreed on a later plan making more effort necessary on my end to explain. Again I would like the field that says choose a payment plan to be deactivated with a note saying the Administrative Director will add your plan as stated in your enrollment contract.
