Shopping cart fees and tuition are two totally separate items and therefore I would like to see the option to allow credit card payments for one and not the other. As of now, Smart has the credit card payment option as "all or nothing".  Our school tuition is over $20K, so the credit card fees we would be hit with would be astronomical; hence the reason we do not allow credit card payments for tuition. However, it would be nice to be able to offer credit card payments for the smaller incidental items where the fees would be insignificant.
