When adding a new note, there should be a separate option for whether only school follow up is required, or if Smart Tuition follow up is required. There are currently many school open notes that are unworkable for the notes team, and the schools should have full functionality of the notes function as well. Schools should be able to choose whether or not Smart Tuition Notes Team follow up is required when adding a note, so it doesn't get mixed in and counted with workable parent requests. There should be three options: No follow up required, school follow up required, or Smart Tuition follow up required.
