Currently, when you send award letters and select multiple budget the merge field of Award Total combines the amount awarded from each budget and the Award Detail it displays the name of the budget.
In my sample screenshot below $12,000 was from the Financial Aid Budget and $1,000 was from the Scholarships Budget. We would like the parents to see the dollar break down for each budget on one letter.
In EMS, when you have multiple aids assigned to a student and you add in the Financial Aid Type and Amount Granted placeholder to an EMS official note it has the break down as in the attached screenshot.
Please implement something similar in BBFA.
