Allow multi campus to apply security for financial aid and tuition to a specific campus.

We are considering switching to Blackbaud Tuition Management and Financial Aid, but currently there is no way to limit which records a person with access to Tuition Management and Financial Aid can see. We would like to limit access to a specific school.

    Hi Kathy, Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea! Your school may benefit from using our enterprise option in Tuition Management. You can create an individual account for each campus and they can all be linked together. Once it is set up in this way, you'd be able to control your internal users access to each individual campus' information. You can have some users with access to just 1 or 2 of your campuses and others with access to all as needed.

    This should be similar to how it is done with Attendance manager where there are filters available to indiciate which school level users have access to.
