I understand Blackbaud is student centric. There are many instances I need to see charges for multiple children in a family at once. Our average family consists of more than 1 child. The parent view in BBM allows you to see all charges for all students. However, it excludes payments posted as paid by another parent. We need to be able to see all payments made to an account regardless of who made them. The parent is able to see all payments when they login. We should have the same view.
