It is imperative to see billing totals for each student. When applying a payment to an account, it is impossible to know how much to apply to each student without reviewing and manually calculating what is due under the billing details. Also, some of our students receive special needs scholarships that can only be applied to the specific student. By not having these totals, any overpayments could get applied to the incorrect student, which could jeopardize the program.
